Our Leadership

CCDA is a national association comprised of individual and organizational members that is committed to the empowerment of indigenous leaders. Our leadership is comprised of a diverse staff at our national office and of board members that include CCD practitioners, pastors, leaders of national Christian organizations, business leaders, and theologians with a deep understanding of justice. Our leadership is made up of men and women with a diversity of ethnicity, age, geographical representation and denominational backgrounds, all working together to see neighborhoods restored.

Together, we work and pray to steward the vision of our founder, Dr. John Perkins, and we "listen to our members" in order to develop initiatives and programs that will equip them to live out Kingdom ministry in America's poorest communities.
