Mobilizing in the Twin Cities

Are you working in an under-resourced neighborhood in the Twin Cities? Are you eager to see your community be a place of health, safety and opportunity for everyone who lives there? We need your voice at the table! You are invited to a conversation about our communities: what we're doing well, and what we could do better. CCDA's Noel Castellanos, Richard Twiss and Leroy Barber will be present to listen and learn from you.

They will also share information about CCDA and this year's National Conference in Minneapolis on September 26th-30th, 2012. Our conference theme is "Reconciliation," where we will focus on tearing down the walls that separate "us" and "them"—from our families to our blocks, to our nations, to all of Creation.

Come and share your stories of success and challenge. Learn about opportunities for involvement in the conference—leading workshops, music, art, neighborhood visits, training and support. Enjoy food and fellowship with others who are working toward reconciliation, restoration and abundance for our communities.
