Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.

There are a limited number of booth spaces, so get your application in early!

Multiple booth spaces receive a 10% discount.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel before August 31, 2009 for a full refund, less a 15% processing fee. After August 31, cancellations will not be refunded.

Rental fee includes:

  • Listing in program book
  • 1 – 6’ x 30” skirted table
  • Two free conference registrations & all conference materials
  • 2 – Padded Chairs
  • Standard 8’x10’ exhibit booth with 3’ side and 8’ back drapes (10’ side open to public)
  • 1 – Wastebasket
  • 1 – 7” x 44” Identification sign (black text, organization name only)
