Each year, people attend our conference from other parts of the world including countries in Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Latin America. If you currently live and work outside the U.S. and are interested in attending the CCDA conference, we can invite you. Since preparing to attend our conference from another country takes time to plan, we have created a process.

The 2012 International Invitation Procedure PDF provides instructions for receiving the invitation letter you may need to apply and obtain a visa and for other travel purposes. Please read the document carefully and provide us the requested information. Even if you submitted the information to us in past years, to make sure we have the most recent information, please send us the requested information again. We will generate all international invitations on these dates:

1st round - Monday, February 20th
2nd round - Monday, April 2nd
3rd round - Monday, June 18th
Final round - Monday, July 16th

We will email the invitations and send them via postal mail to the given mailing address. Please feel free to forward this information to anyone else interested in attending the conference from abroad. Unfortunately, we are unable to financially sponsor or provide any scholarship to cover conference expenses; however, we will waive the conference registration fee for anyone attending the conference internationally.
