Rate Explanation

2010 National Conference registration is $294. However, most attendees qualify for one or more discounts on their registration rate. Available discounts can be combined unless otherwise noted. The student discount and early-bird or pre-registration discounts cannot be combined. The early-bird and pre-registration discounts only apply for a limited time.

Reservation Information

We understand that sometimes it is difficult to gather and confirm all of the information necessary in time to take advantage of the earliest rate. Organizations often want to bring large groups of people and want to save money by registering during the early-bird period, but don’t know who will be able to attend or aren’t able to gather everyone’s basic information in time. Other organizations may know who they want to bring but are unable to pay the full registration costs for their group up front.

We now have two ways that you can RESERVE the discounted rates for your organization’s attendees.

CCDA Organizational Members can reserve National Conference registrations early in the year to take advantage of a discounted registration rate without providing the name of the attendee.

Reservations can be held without a name until August 20, 2010.
All names and basic information (email address, mailing address, phone number, church/organization, gender, student status, etc) must be submitted by August 20th.
Any reservation not completed by August 20th is non-refundable.

Transfer Information

If a registered attendee is unable to attend, as an alternative to canceling, they can transfer their registration to another person for a $10 transfer fee, which can be paid by either party. Transfer requests will be accepted through August 20th and then on-site at the event.

You will need to provide all basic information for the new registrant including full name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, church/organization, student status, gender, etc when requesting the transfer. Registrations that have been made with the member discount may be transferred to other members or the difference can be paid in addition to the transfer fee.

Cancellation Information

2010 National Conference registrations may be canceled and refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee per registration, through August 20, 2010. You will need to provide the full name of the payer and the method of payment in order for a refund to be issued. After August 20th, no refunds will be issued.
